was going to add: i use my own tiled subway maps (which i’ve loaded into a photo album). slightly better resolution and it’s faster to launch and look up a subway stop.

cross street number logic is neat - but i almost always look up the address in the google maps anyway so i get the cross street information from that visually.

it’s neat. it reminds me of this cross street calculator cheat sheet that nymag had a couple of years ago.

This app lets you figure out the cross-streets of a given address, but in actuality, I use it mostly for the baked in zoomable MTA map
